As far as the competencies are allowed, Justice Minister Abelard Tahiri vows that the indictment for the 19 thousand veterans allegedly false will not remain in the prosecutor's drawer.
In an interview for Kohavision, Tahiri, concerned with this created situation, has said that without wanting to interfere with the independent justice system, that indictment should be filed, KTV reports.
According to him, anyone who has manipulated the veterans' list must be brought to justice and the same be tried for possible fraud.
Meanwhile, regarding the resignationary prosecutor's statements, Elez Blakaj, that the same has been pressured and criticised over investigations by chief prosecutor Aleksander Lumezi, Tahiri has said that one must also be placed in charge.
According to Tahiri, despite the ministry's hard work, which he is running, in terms of reforms in this system, increasing the number of judges and prosecutors, as well as raising salaries with the last situation, the justice system has not moved at all.
However, Tahiri says he will commit to furthering the justice system so that such situations, according to him, are scandalous, will not be repeated in the future.
Referring to reforms in justice, not only to the veterans' issue but also to the justice system in general, the initiative to verify this system as vetoing would affect the improvement of this system.
