Insander, he's heard Shefkiu got this class voluntarily. He is expected to hand it over to the Pristina Foundation Court within weeks for trial.
Shefkiu, special prosecutor appointed last year. He came from Gjilan Foundation Attorney. He is conducting investigations against Milaim Zeka, for the fraud of 920 Kosovars with working visas in Germany.
Despite the pressures Zeka has put on the police and the prosecutor, Shefkiu had Zaka and his business partner, Ilir Krasniqi, arrested.
Zeka, had met Chief Special Prosecutor Reshat Milak, who had complained about his investigation. A few days later, he was arrested under the prosecutor's decision, Africa Shefkiu.
It is now officially known that some 19 thousand veterans are lying and benefit over 38m euros annually.
