Police unable to protect women, leaves them at the mercy of murderers

Last night's case is not the only one in Kosovo, where victims were left defenseless by the state. The same was true of Zeynep's Kastrat. The complete justice of Diana Zhubi, Donjeta Pajazit, Antigona Morina, and five other women killed just last year is still lacking. A few hours before [...]
A few hours before Peter Noczey's automatic shooting, leaving his wife and daughter dead, he had sent a threatening message on the phone to his wife. The victim had complained to the police about the threat.
Gjakova chief prosecutor Ali Selimaj, has said the victim has complained to police about the threat “police have gone to the suspect's house and tried to contact him, but it has been impossible” Selimaj has said.
That's all the police did, since Nocaj managed to get to his ex-wife's house and to the house hall in Brekoc, Gjakova, shooting with Kalashnikov left him and their daughter dead.
The suspect has been a well-known person for the prosecution, since he is accused of domestic violence. He had even been in custody from May 12th to June 6th of this year.
The animal lived apart for several months and had five children, two of whom lived with their father and three with their mother.
Other Women Left in the Mercy of Killer Husbands
Last night's case is the last that happened, but is not the only one in Kosovo. By the mercy of the killers, the State had left Dijana Kastrati.
It has been almost seven years since Diana was killed at the point of the day just a few yards from her home. The suspect in her murder, former husband Adnan Jashari, has not yet been apprehended by Kosovo's prosecution and justice bodies, writes Insander.
Yasar is now in Spain. In May 2011, he was arrested by Spanish authorities under international arrest warrants, but this state has never accepted his extradition to Kosovo.
The inability to exploit international mechanisms, such as INTERPOL for his extradition, has caused him never to be tried for his work.
Another victim of murder by the man is Zeynep Bytyqi the wife of Suhareka.
Her murder had occurred after much trouble and beatings over sixteen years of torture.
For Zeynep's brutal murder, her killer was sentenced to 12 years in prison. This sentence was raised for several more years only after protests and public pressure, writes Inseder.
On February 17, 2016, 35-year-old Diana Dhubi was killed, despite international expertise confirming that she was killed by her boyfriend, she was reported suicide.
This international expertise had questioned the prosecution of the case, which had agreed.
Killing her as a suicide.
Donjeta Pajaziti is the other twenty-four-year-old girl who was found killed in the mountains of the village.
After six weeks of research after her disappearance.
For Donita's case there was originally a key suspect with whom all the evidence was linked, but a few days ago this suspect was acquitted of her murder.
According to the court ruling, the evidence that is available is not consistent with the victim, Insander writes.
Antigona Morina died six years ago because of constant bleeding three days after her marriage. At the time, her husband, Hilmi Zena, has, except that she had not offered medical help, exacerbated her condition by continuing with her.
Zena was declared innocent of the Constitutional Court in Rahovec, while the complaint that was filed by the Prosecutor after that verdict had disappeared from court officials.
Six years after the case, protests from the Kosovo Women's Network have also been organised, calling for Kosovo's accountability and seriousness in handling the case, writes Insander.
Five Women's Murders Only Last Year
Five murders of women by marriage mates occurred only last year, writes Insander.
In December, husband J.T. had killed his wife in the village of Radisheve on Scikyright. The same man then injured his wife's sister and her husband.
The reason she had urged her police action was a phone that the sister had bought the victim.
In November a case of the murder of a woman took place, Peja.
The 66-year-old man had his wife torn to death with axes Sevdije Berisha, who, as a result of his broken wounds, changed her life in QKUK.
According to police, Berisha had hit his wife with axes during her sleep. For reasons allegedly bad reports with his wife he had hit him several times in the head and other body parts.
In addition to the murder of woman Isen Berisha, he also injured his pregnant cloud Arlinda, who has attempted to prevent violence. She was hit in the head and on the left arm with the axe.
A Kosovo woman was killed by her husband in Germany.
Just five weeks after he started living in Germany, Arianina Zahiti of Vushtrria had been found stabbed to death in her apartment.
Her murder has been acknowledged by her husband, Avdil Nasufi, who had surrendered to German authorities after committing the crime.
The 36 - year - old man and the 27 - year - old woman, both from Vushtrria, were married in April 2017.
In Germany another Albanian had killed his wife, daughter, and eventually himself.
Renowned Kosovo Rapsody Sami Veselin had originally fired on the girl February, who had remained dead in the country and the wife had been sent to the hospital, who later died.
The long - lived family head in Frankfurt, Germany, with his five children and his wife, his motives for doing this work were said to be related to moral acts.
” Life in foreign cultures and difficult challenges in exile give us the opportunity to degenerate and lose children and family... lead us to commit serious acts just to preserve the Albanian face and conscience”, one of Rapsod's friends had announced the news. /Insider. com
