Corruption, according to citizens' perception, is done through lawyers.
From the influence of lawyers, higher corruption has resulted in its being in the Prizren court, followed by the Court of Pristina, as well as the Gjakova Court.
At the Prizren Court, according to the report, more than twice as many other courts have been sought together.
During the report's presentation, Brian Martalus, from Mission USAID in Kosovo has said citizens are seeking transparent judiciary, which offers them efficient services and is accountable.
Meanwhile, U Justice System Strengthening Programme Leader AID, Andrew Boname, has expressed the importance of measuring citizens' pleasure with courts and of saying that research should be done every year.
Court representatives have welcomed the report's findings, but have rejected the corruption part.
Prizren Court Chairman Ymer Hoxha, from the Prizren Court, has stated that the findings are generally acceptable, but that it disagrees with him that the court he works in is first in terms of corruption by the lawyers' influence.
Based on the findings of this report, the Ferizaj Court has proved to be best in terms of providing quality services for citizens.
