State officials are enjoying the salaries with the increase they decided on themselves. Such benefits seem to be going further, as the Public Administration Ministry (MAP) is procrastinating the proceedings in the Parliamentary Bill government as yet.
The newspaper “Voice” has put in writing the questions to the minister's cabinet, Mahir Jagcilar, to understand the reasons for procrastination. At this institution, they say they have completed their work on drafting the draft Bill for the Salaries, but are only awaiting financial evaluation from the Ministry of Finance.
The Ministry of Public Administration has completed its work on drafting the Bill on the Pagans. But on the basis of the legislative in force of any legal and sub-legal act before being submitted for approval to the Government, there must be an opinion of financial evaluation by the Ministry of Finance and the outlook on compliance with the EU's Acquis by the European Integration Ministry. In order to get higher opinions and, in accordance with MAP legislation, has sent the draft Law on Salaries to the upper institutions”, the institution's written answer is said.
They have further indicated that they are only awaiting opinions from the upper institutions to submit the draft law for approval to Government.
