Nuredin Lushtaku relates who threatened the prosecutor for veterans

“Based on recent developments the signatories of “Brigada Hasan Pristina” under ZO Drenica may also be the threats of the Blackaj Prosecutor and public opinion manipulator”, Nurredin Lushtaku wrote.

Lushtaku has denied statements in the media that an indictment has been filed against him. Lushtaku is even saying that no investigation of the veterans' lists has been conducted against him, either by Prosecutor Blakaj or any other prosecutor, as far as that information is concerned.

He says he was just invited for an interview by Prosecutor Blakaj.

Lushtaku has acknowledged that there was no such thing as a “hasan Pristina” in the Drenica Operative Zone, and says anyone who signed it made a big mistake. For this brigade, he says he heard it in 2014-2016.

I refused to sign the list of so-called “Brigda Hasan Pristina” because they have not been on UCH command line in ZO Drenica. Someone probably signed this list, at least that's how I understood from what I talked to prosecutor Blakaj, so that list was signed under ZO Drenica. Whoever signed that “Brigada” under ZO of Drenica has made a mistake, because the protagonists of that Brigade themselves are claimed to have had another command line of”.

Former fighter of The KLA has called for the documents to be published and clearly seen who signed the list of veterans of “Brigada Hasan Pristina”. They add that the signatories of Brigade Hasan Pristina” under ZO Drenica may also be the threats of Prosecutor Blakaj.

It claims that he himself can only account for the list of veterans, disabled and martyrs of the 114 “Fehmi Ladrovci”.

On the other hand, he has invited the prosecutor and justice institutions to continue the investigation process and clear the truth of veterans' lists.

Dear citizens, friends and fellow warriors,

Because many falsehoods have been thrown into public opinion these days, I suggest that no charges have been filed against me, nor have I been investigated for veterans' lists by prosecutor Blakaj, as far as I know from any prosecutor or other investigator.

Honored, as you know, I am one of the first members of the KLA since its foundation and never alone, for a minute I have not left Kosovo, I have stayed here with fellow fighters, with the people from the founding of the first KLA cells until the end of the war.

Therefore, at the request of prosecutor Blakaj I have declared my knowledge of the so-called “Brigda Hasan <x4x1>, where I said that in the Drenica Operative Zone there is no “Brigadas” and that for the first time for that “Briggage<5> I heard in 2014-2016 when he introduced himself to us in the Verifiator Commission, where ZO Sami Lushta was in prison for a never <6F>

Based on recent developments, signatories of “Brigada Hasan Pristina” under ZO Drenica may also be threatening Prosecutor Blakaj and public opinion manipulators.

The apology of my name that I'm supposedly accused of something I haven't signed is part of that intentional manipulation of public opinion, by those who have done manipulations with veterans' lists, by those who created “Briggs” new at Drenica ZO in 2014.

With high moral and criminal responsibility, I declare that I am accountable for the list of veterans, invalids and martyrs of Brigade 114 “Fehmi Ladrovci”.

I invite the prosecutor and the law institutions to continue the investigation process and clear the truth about the veterans' lists, because those who yesterday manipulated the lists have been put in action to manipulate public opinion. Justice must be done, and it cannot be withdrawn from the threats or manipulations of manipulants, since only the sword of justice sets things straight.

Those who left Kosovo for the West for a long time seemed to have perfected manipulation and fraud, but today 20 years later I tell you that those manipulations don't give you any more, I'm here the way I was all the time of the war.
