The spokesman of the Myanmar government, Zaw Htai, has rejected a report Wednesday by UN investigators who have demanded that military leaders be charged with genocide, naming these statements “false”.

His comments come a day after a UN report has strongly called for Myanmar officials to face genocide charges due to violence against Muslims Ringya last year.

Our “position is clear and I want to say with determination that we do not accept any data, conducted by the Human Rights Council”, has said that in an interview published by state media, Reuters broadcasts.

He has said that Myanmar has not allowed UN investigators to enter this state.

“for this reason we do not accept any end of the Council”, it is expressed.

According to him, Myanmar has <x0zero tolerance against any human rights violations” and has created a Investigative Commission to respond to the false “nacles” made by the UN and the other “communate international”.

Myanmar has rejected most of the charges, saying the military has responded to legitimate threats from the Rohinhya militants, who have attacked police areas in the state of Rakhinine.

It is believed that some 700,000 Muslims Ringya have fled Myanmar to Bangladesh as a result of military violence.
