For six months, 3 thousand euros in fines for anti-duhan Law offenders

The Kosovar Centre for Avokim and Development (KADC), which deals with monitoring the tobacco control law, has indicated that monitoring smoking in public places has started since 2015.
Director Shkumbin Spahiu said they later conducted a pilot-remander.
“Piolot-monitories have taken to base a small number of samples, but that the results have been close to monitoring 2015”, Spahiu stressed. According to him, results from the field speak that the biggest violators are the hotel establishments.
“host cafes with 71.6%, nightclubs with 85.0% and restaurants with 53.8%<181>, Spahiu has announced.
But public institutions are also listed among transgressors.
