German Chancellor Angela Merkel has prepared a plan for Kosovo that envisions the formation of the Serb municipal community plus, verifying the situation on the ground, and holding the association secession referendum after 20 years, Serbian media write, referring to claims of unappointed sources at the European People's Party (PPE).
According to Telegrapher, Merkel presented her plan for colleagues from the Balkans and, according to him, separation at the end of the whole process is possible.
