Police sources said witnesses had told them that the deceased was only when he died and had begun to offend the group he was involved in a clash before violence broke out.
No arrests have happened yet. While the autopsy will now determine whether he died as a direct result of the beating he received or if other factors have played a role in his death.
Witnesses have told police officers that the dead had begun to clash with a group of five men and two women for reasons still under investigation.
