LDK needs three more signatures to take Thaci to Constitutional

For this reason the LDK has decided at its latest meeting with its structures, KTV reports.

MP Vjosa Osmani has said the president is continuing every day with similar violations, so an interpretation of the constitution is necessary.

Osmani has also spoken about the president's statements on the referendum, saying he is trying to misuse this issue to legitimise himself for a competence he does not have.

The president himself at the recent media conference has said that the constitution can be changed since three times since independence has changed.

He has even indicated that they are in preparation for questions for citizens whether they are for or against the union of the Valley with Kosovo.

But MP Osmani says the president cannot be asked for the referendum.

The head of the Initiative's deputies, Bilall the Sheriff, has said the referendum cannot be called for issues that are outside the constitution, but says by referendum it can change the constitution.

The president has warned that through the referendum they will question the people not only about joining the Valley, but about dialogue, and the establishment of the military.
