Civil cars which are run by police officials in official uniform are equipped with rotary lights, alarm and sound systems.
The goal is to identify drivers who violate traffic regulations. But besides conveying communication signs, police patrols are also escorting drivers who are using phones while driving.
Police have appealed to all drivers to respect traffic signs, adapt to road conditions, and in particular stick to the speed allowed.
