Prizren's Constitutional Court, ruling on Prizren's Constitutional Prosecutor's request, has appointed the amount of detention in time for a month against defendants.
According to the prosecutor, dated 26.08.2018 about 12.15 minutes, in Prizren on “Imail Kryeziu”, the defendant leading his vehicle from the Arbana neighbourhood in the direction of Prizren, from carelessness, has endangered communications participants, causing B.M. to die.
“That way that as long as the same was crossing the left-hand street to the right, at the target pedestrian crossing, the defendant by not adjusting the speed of moving to the conditions and circumstances of the road, strikes the initially damaged B.M., with the front of the car, with what cases from the damaged shocks change lives at the University Clinical Centre in Pristina”, it reportedly.
The detention time will be calculated from the moment of arrest on 2608.2018 by 12:20 minutes and will last until 2609,2018.
