Chicken: Valbona Mark felt safe in his brothers, never coming to his office to complain

Agim Pula from the Bureau for the Protection of Victims in Gjakova has said that the late Valbona Mark has never been declared a threat or an announcement of murder by the former man.

According to him, they offered her help, but the victim refused, saying that her brother would take care of her.

“We have offered shelter to the victim, but she has declined, claiming she will take refuge in her family. The same day we received additional statements from his brother. He said I'd be watching her sister and her children. As for the defense of the victims, we have offered her what she asked for. For killing we haven't been aware, nor did he come to the office for this or any threat. We have no information that she has expressed any distress in the defense office of victims”, he said.

According to him, the matter of providing security is something given on certain occasions and must be decided to ensure it.

The victim has not sought protection because he and his brothers felt safe.
