Investigations have revealed that Ritvan Zykaj had warned crime. From evidence given to the prosecution, it turns out that 24-year-olds had often told relatives “I'd make you sick, so don't bother me”, but nobody took it seriously.
As it turns out on one occasion, he was suspected eight years ago of armed robbery, but the village story was closed between relatives. After the massacre the killer has signed the rights card, but for several hours his interrogation has been impossible. Because every lawyer's refusal to defend him has been made to represent his rights.
That is why the prosecution has secured two days after the massacre a largely state-appointed lawyer.
Ritvan Zykaj is scheduled to appear before the tribunal Monday at 10:30.
