Banks score record profits

Kosovo Central Bank data says banks by the end of June have registered a profit of 40.5m euros.

The bank had revenues of 117.7m euros, 90 million of them in interest. They have reported expenditures worth 77.2m euros.

In the expenditure facility, 49.7m euros were reported administrative spending, and only 7.8m euros were interest/camera spending.

Central Bank data shows a high discipline of Kosovars to pay off loans. The non-aligned or non-aligned credit rate was only 2.8%.
