Something happened last night. I have the impression that we are on a historic moment”, Der Bellen said, referring to the debate at the Alpbach Forum, where Thaci and Vuciq spoke.
As soon as possible, Commissioner Johannes Hahn asked for it.
He did not point out possible solutions, but said the two sides should agree to a historic agreement.
Slovenia's president, Borut Pahor, said that reaching a final agreement would be of great importance to the Balkans and Europe.
If an agreement is reached, the region has a bright future. It's hard, but I see motive for both presidents”, he said.
Otherwise Thaci and Vuciq dialogue will continue on 7 September in Brussels.
