Austria refuses to cover Kosovo with Green Carton

The only condition left for membership at the Council of Bureaus for Green Carton in Brussels is Kosovo's entry into the United Nations Organisation(OKB), even though Kosovo has established legal basis by creating 4m euros in reserve funds.

For Kosovo's recent efforts to find an alternative to this security, Kosovo's Kosovo Security Bureau Executive Director Blerim Pushcoli today said they have received an answer from Austria, which has refused to accept or cover Kosovo with Green Carton.

The “all conditions have been met by industry and the Kosovar Security Bureau, but there has been and remains the main condition, or as the main barrier not to Kosovo's membership in the Bureau Council, it is not Kosovo's membership in the UN, which is decidently mentioned in Article 42A of the Constitution at the Council of Bureaus in Brussels. Recently, in terms of Kosovo's efforts for membership in the Council of Bureaus, we have received an answer from the Association of Members in Austria, which has refused to accept or cover Kosovo with this provision, and that is because it is considered a threat to its members”, Pushcoli has said.

Directors of the Kosovar Bureau of Security have made it known that the number of undocumented cars in traffic is between 35 and 50,000 remain disturbing.

According to Pushcol, unsured vehicles constantly present risks in communications and damage the state budget.

There's a car that doesn't have the right technical control vehicle on the road, which is all reported on damage and accidents that are being caused by these cars. It is a technical obstacle to membership in the Council of Bureaus, and then Kosovo's budget is greatly damaged by the failure to sell these officers, while insurance companies are paralysing up twice”, Pushcoli has said.

As for the Green Carton as easy as this cop, BKS since May 19th of this year has enabled security officers to be bought online as well, but Pushcol denied that long columns are being created at the border by exiles due to police purchase at the border.

He added that the exiles are informed through a memorandum that has had BKS with the Ministry of Internal Affairs and the Ministry of Diaspora, while the latter has taken over senbilising the opinion for the sale of online police, but said long expectations at the border have more to do with routine police controls on both sides of the border.

“Border expectations have more to do with routine control of police on both sides of the country, given that even at the exit from Kosovo we have several hours waiting. On the other hand, I would like to mention that the entire Southeast Europe during the summer season faces expectations at border”, he said.

According to BKS management revenues from border security cuts for the January period of June 2018 are worth 2 million and 421 thousand and 556 euros, while paying damages for this period amounts to 2 million and 691 thousand and 563 euros.

In addition, expenditures for this period have been 916 thousand and 621 euros.

However, from border security cuts for 2017 stood at the value of 7 million and 292 thousand and 63 euros, until the payment of damages in 2017 was 5 million and 486 thousand and 987 euros.
