Arifi: Crazy Ideas in Processing for Association

Crazyly qualified by the Government are the ideas expressed in the processes of the Management Team, which is drafting the draft of the Serbian majority municipalities' House of Association. Such ones, according to Kosovo officials, will find no place in Statut, Koha Ditore writes today.

The procedures have also been delivered to Government on the part of the Management Team, which consists of Vinka Radosavljevic, Dejan Radojkovic, Igor Calamar and Svetislav Durlevic. Information about the work done during the months of June and July has shown that Serb representatives in Kosovo have also demanded that competencies in the State be included in property, privatisation and the economy, and even the provisions through which education is guaranteed within Serbia's system. Among other things, constitutional changes have been required on account of the equipment of association with major executive competencies. In all, for Kosovo, the processes contain the “Kosovo reference to Metohija”, this appointment under the Constitution of Serbia.

Avni Arifi, head of the team representing Kosovo in technical dialogue with Serbia, has told the paper to be unacceptable to the demands listed in the ongoing process.
