Albanians selling property to Serbs in the north

Without any support from Kosovo state institutions, northern Mitrovica Albanians have continued to sell their properties. The return of Albanians expelled from northern Mitrovica to residences and their usurped homes is taking place with great difficulty, although recently a foreign organisation has financed the regulation of 20 Albanian dwellings in northern Mitrovica to create conditions for return.
Without support from Kosovo institutions for a long time and leaving to themselves many Albanians have already sold their homes and houses.
Although it had been called on the Government of Kosovo to create a fund and to buy the homes of Albanians in northern Mitrovica to stop the ethnic cleansing that Serbia performed by buying the homes and dwellings of Albanians in northern Mitrovica, Albanians have already sold about 60 per cent of their homes and about 50 per cent of their homes in northern Mitrovica.
