The last to be involved in this debate is former senior SP official, simultaneously leader of the choice party Koco Headdhima.
He, through his Facebook note, has stated that Albanians cannot exchange two Albanian lands. According to the Hashema, ideas about exchange of territories are not new.
The latest “meeting between the presidents of Serbia and Kosovo, with the mediation of the European High Representative for Foreign Policy, Federica Moghrini, was followed by statements casting off the new idea of partitioning Kosovo and in exchange for territories with Serbia. It's about a “demarkation” agreement that northern Kosovo, which today is populated by Serbs, is drawn from Serbia, while the Albanian-populated Presevo Valley is given to Kosovo”.
The former Socialist Party delegation says Albanian states are probably the only ones in Europe surrounded on all land borders.
“Albanians are the people with the most exemplary ethnic, religious, racial and cultural tolerance. This is a guarantee for the protection of the population of Serb minorities in democratic and European Kosovo. In the recent past, Albanian lands have been torn apart to satisfy the endless greed of neighbouring countries. So today, Albanian states are probably the only ones in Europe that are surrounded across land borders by land and by the Albanian population involved in other states”.
He has ordered that within Kosovo there is no Serb land, and that under the constitution Kosovo is one and inseparable.
Kosovo has no Serb land. On the contrary, in other Balkan countries, there is a lot of land and Albanian population assimilated or not. Kosovo, which celebrated last February a decade of independence, is a state now recognised by more than 110 countries in the world. According to its constitution, it is one and inseparably”.
Party Chairman Z THE verdict, at the end of the note, says it encourages talks with Serbia to find peace and co-existence through a stable agreement that does not violate the territorial integrity of the Republic of Kosovo.
