AKS's draft-state yet to be translated

Even though it was warned that by Wednesday, the draft statute translated into Albanian into the Government of Kosovo is expected to be handed over, such has not yet happened. Government officials say they still do not know the contents of the draft statute, meanwhile, from the ministry of local government there is no answer if it is translated [...]
The Kosovo government has yet to accept the Albanian-language document, which contains the draft state for the Association of Communities with the Serbian Majority. Public television has not received answers from local government ministry officials if this document is translated into Albanian, since it has been written only in the Serbian language, even though such a thing has been said to be completed on Wednesday.
But cabinet officials Haradinaj confirmed on condition of anonymity that the draft has not so far been submitted to the government, also formally the Kosovo executive has no knowledge whether this draft has been delivered to Brussels.
The source says that the only thing they've accepted is the working reports that the management meeting for leading association with Vinka Radosavljevic has done during the drafting.
Designers of the Serbian Majority Commission Association statute have warned that the content of the draft association was made on the basis of general principles adopted in the first Agreement in Brussels, for which the Constitutional Court has found incompatible with the Kosovo Constitution.
Unlike EU officials, the issue of Association will be discussed at the next meeting within the Kosovo dialogue Serbia.
Maja Kocijancic, spokeswoman for EU foreign policy chief Federica Moghrini, has said in a media communiqué that the issue of the Association statute will be considered at the upcoming meeting in Brussels under the high level among presidents.
Such a thing, according to her, will happen once the management team formally inform the EU of the results of the work.
