President Thaci, Chief Parliamentary Veselini, Prime Minister Haradinaj, his deputy, Behgjet Pacolli, Fatmir Limaj and Dardan Gashi, will meet Federica Moghrini on July 18th to discuss the dialogue, according to the government's announcement.
“The heads of institutions will confirm Mogher's commitment to dialogue with Serbia and their commitment to the opposition's involvement in the dialogue, respectively, the establishment of a comprehensive body”, said in the government's communiqué.
Meanwhile, KTV finds that this same day, the European Commission is expected to publish the decision to start visa-free procedures for Kosovo citizens.
And, Limaj has said that they will go exactly to bring positive news to Kosovo from there.
MP Enver Hoti has said of Koha.net that, while Limaj will go to Brussels, it does not mean that the Initiative changes its attitude towards Thaci.
“This meeting is with heads of state, should be participating even Limaj, but this does not mean that the Initiative will change its stance. There can be no dialogue without the opposition, that's my attitude. Everything must first be discussed in parliament”.
For now, the opposition remains opposed to involvement in the dialogue.
Prime Minister Haradinaj had said he is seeing signals from the LDK and PSD to move towards involvement in the dialogue.
Both parties have exposed such a thing. Vetevendosje remains steadfast against the way Kosovo has consistently dialogue with Serbia.
