Earlier, the Kosovo government, led by Isa Mustafa as prime minister and Aleksandar Vuqic as Serbia's prime minister, have signed an agreement to implement the Serbian Communists Association in Kosovo.
But, the Kosovo opposition more readily, the Vetevendosje Movement, has submitted this agreement to the Constitution, where the highest state act has found many violations.
Since then, the Kosovo side has taken nothing in this direction, while Serbs are eagerly wanting it.
Nothing happened, the deadline expires on August 4th.
