The drama they sold to the opinion “Nation's dadies”, resulting in a pure lie. According to them, the Air Traffic Tower had brought them into Serbia-controlled airspace, and this posed a danger since Kosovo's heads of state were traveling on Pacolli's plane that had left for Brussels. The truth turns out to be different. A LBCONTROL has clarified that the flight plan was designed by Pacolli's own pilot and that this institution had simply approved it to European authorities.
Just before midnight Tuesday, Kosovo State leaders had put a clear lie to the public, trying to add the drama of their epic trip to Brussels; where they would receive the big news of visa liberalisation the next day.
Journalist Baton Haxhiu had come up with an opinion to show that the lives of Kosovo's loosers on this critical night were seriously jeopardised.
Hashim Thaci, Ramush Haradinaj, Kadri Veselini, Fatmir Limaj, Behgjet Pacolli and Dardan Gashi had left in Brussels on the private flight of Deputy Prime Minister Pacolli, and because of the negligence of Tirana's Air Traffic Tower they were entering without knowledge on the territory of Republika Srpska, which is controlled by Belgrade.
According to Haxhi, only Behgjet Pacolli's stylishness had observed this detail in recent moments and had ordered the plane to return to Tirana, to save the skin of former KLAA leader.
This was the drama they sold on Tuesday's opinion to “the nationals of the nation”. But today everything has been clarified through a communique of Albanian air control, A LBCONTROL.
According to this institution, the travel plan was made by Pacolli's own pilot.
“ALBCONTROL declares with full responsibility that on Tuesday, July 17, 2018, at 7:35, the dialed plane N604 BA, launched by Pristina with destination Brussels, with flight plans compiled by the pilot of this plane approved by Netek ManagerUROCONTROL has entered our airspace”, said the communiqué.
“ALBCONTROL, given the task it performed as National Travel Agency
Air of the Republic of Albania, there is no access or interest on information such as the number of passengers, or their identity”.
ALBCONTROL offers air navigation to the Republic of Albania, and as a result, any information they receive and process has to do with flying equipment (plane, helicopter), flight route, speed, altitude of flight, etc., but not with passengers and their personal data.
“In case of plane call sign N604 BA established by Pristina with a destination Brussels, the flight plan we have, approved by (A) P.O. Box 8172, Rinas é Albania, (T) 0035544522/113 (E) [email protected] A U.S.A. J619080111H NIPT CODI FISCAL 3898088 Neteork Manager in EUROCONTROL, had access to our air space point MAVAR (at our border with Macedonia) and direct flight to the point RERA (points on our border with Montenegro, but that is an air space controlled by Belgrade)”, the communique says.
The moment the plane got in touch with Albanian air traffic controllers, and it became known the way according to the flight plan we had taken from Netek Manager, it continued flying according to this plan, and there was no special request from this aircraft during this” procedure, the communique explains.
Then there is another interesting detail. Since Pacolli has ordered the return to Tirana, as a reason he has given that there are passengers who are ill.
“BA has returned to our airspace at the request that there were sick passengers on board, to seek then re-tracking from Brindisi, which was offered immediately, despite the difficulty of last-minute announcement”.
ALBCONTROL says that to prove this truth, he owns all voice documents and records between Pacolli pilots and Albanian air traffic controllers.
“In respect of the high security facility that we cover will not provide further details to this case, but at the request of the media we are obliged to inform the public and, above all, protect the hard work, the conformation of all international regulations that Albanian air traffic controllers offer daily in the Albanian sky, with the main goal of non-air risklessness, the task that ALBCRONTROL proudly offers to any user of our airspace, indiscriminately and regulations approved by the European Union through the European Security Agency <oh> is said to be communicated.
