I don't want to have a public in the room, who is this public that I don't know, I ask the court to be excluded from the judgment of social networking journalists, because they're writing “cravana”. It's a family matter, so I ask that the public be expelled, because I'm a public figure, and after the whole case is over, I'll call the reporters”, he said.
While damaged Floranta in connection with the accused's request I declare “if it is legally allowed, no one bothers me, the court decides”.
Afterward, the judge made a decision to expel the entire public, reasoning that the matter is family.
According to the indictment in May 2016, after a plea, asking for a damaged home, the accused is suspected of causing minor injuries to the injured, and for a moment uses strength to strike her with fists and slaps on her head and then pull her to the nose.
