After any conflict that happens, it is not just the case of Kosovo and Serbia, possible amnestys have been discussed. There may be discussions in the form of the amnesty escalation of participants in the recent conflict, but one thing I want to explain that for those who committed crimes against humanity, have organised ethnic cleansing, have killed over 15,000 Albanian civilians in Kosovo, committed over 400 massacres against the Albanian population, violated over 20,000 Albanian women, under no circumstances will be amnesty. They must face justice, they must face it as soon as possible.
