The Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Rural Development, through the Agency for Agriculture Development, has begun executing direct payments to beneficiaries within the Direct Tax Programme for 2018.
So far, 18,062 farmers have been processed for payment, which have benefited subsidies worth 12.592,730.70 euros.
This was made known by a media announcement from the Ministry of Agriculture.
Direct salaries have begun to be executed for 11276 farmers who receive payment for grain crops, wheat seeds, corn seeds, rye, barley, vineyards, sunflowers, and vegetables, worth 7,282,028.95 euros. Also, for payment there are already 795 recipients of payment per milk according to quality and reported murder for the first quarter of 2018, at the total value of 471,707.92 euros”, the media report said.
It becomes known that the payments are also under way for the execution of 5991 for the benefit of cow subsidies, milk buffalo, sheep, goats, bees, chickens, dosa and thrush, at the total value of 4,838,993.50 euros.
“With this finding we find that more than 55 per cent of all applicants for direct payment to” have been authorised so far, the ministry says.
The task of AZHB Chief Executive Chief Ekrem Gjonaj has said that this agency has been and will be transparent all the time of the evaluation process, with what he informed farmers through textes and e-mail decisions, as well as through the AZHB website for results related to the evaluation process. In contrast, the Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Rural Development in this year's program provided grain subsidies to wheat seeds, corn, corn, barley, ground, sunflowers, cows and milk buffalo, sheep and goats, poultry, livestock, pork, rye, existing orchards, open fields, and greenhouse vegetables, for existing vineyards, organic agriculture, as well as for woodfruit shoots and vines. In addition, subscientization is available for aquaculture, reported landfills, milk according to quality categories, and for officially produced and declared wine.
