Spahiu says Thaci-Vucciq deal reached earlier

Analyst Nedmedin Spahiu has declared that Kosovo President Hashim Thaci and Serbia's Aleksandar Vuciq have already reached agreement on the conclusion of the dialogue process. “It seems Thaci and Vuciqi have agreed to a compromise that we do not know, and we can only speculate. “It seems Thaci and Vuciqi have agreed to a compromise that we do not know, and we can only speculate. Even diplomats whispering about this have no idea. It is expected that other parties will now bring about the agreement that has been made between the two presidents. If they were publicly told that the deal would have to be reached in 2019 then it would have to be nearly”.
According to Spahiu in principle a framework agreement, within which the process of dialogue would develop, has been reached between Thaci and Tadic, before negotiations began.
He during an interview at the Info Magazine of Kosovo added that the dialogue process has gradually brought recognition of Kosovo on Serbia's part, though incomplete.
I would not call it failure if after 20 years of conflict, dialogue does not result in direct recognition. Now this is a shopping thing. In this case Serbia sells its recognition, and will sell it as expensive as possible. This is done through the right to competencies for association, bilateral agreements, etc. For a better deal in Brussels, we have to get things in order. The second has to do with the team we send there. The better the team get the results are the best”.
Spahiu has also added that part of the dialogue process should be the opposition. /Consova/
