Durres Appeals Judge Besim Trezhneva was among the first judges to be dismissed by the Independent Qualification Commission, a decision Trezhneva would appeal to the second instance of vetoing, the Special Appeal Commission (KPA).
This Thursday's KPA has provided answers to Trezhneva's appeal, leaving the ruling by the KKP on its dismissal from the justice system in force.
At the session Trezhneva was singled out of his mouth, no words were heard except for his name and surname, a formal procedure like those in the courts.
The KKP concluded Trezhneva had made false property statements, as well as that it did not justify certain parts of it.
In the report created regarding wealth, it resulted from the time he had begun his work until now, the judge of Appeals had almost fivefold his wealth.

The trial body of the Special Appeal College, headed by Ardian Hajdari, relator Luan Daci and member Ina Rama, Rezarta Schuetz, Sokol Chomo, today, on the day 26.07.2018, in the counseling room, based on Article 66/1 letters “a” of law 84/2016 “for the passing reasses of judges and prosecutors in the Republic of Albania, ruled:
The N14 verdicts date 13.04.2018, of the Independent Qualification Commission that belongs to the subject of re-evaluation, Mr. Trust Trezhneva. This decision is final, of its cut form, and is effective immediately. The European Court of Human Rights is permitted against this ruling.
