Even though it has not been publicly ascribed, territorial division has consistently been part of the Serbian side's calculations, they have assessed recognition of political circumstances.
According to politicalologist Belul Beqaj, Serbia aims to divide through the Association/Unition of Serb majority municipalities, for which it is insisting that executive competencies be dressed.
His analysis, Beqaj, supports him separately following statements by Serbia's president, Aleksandar Vuciq, who has said that Americans now are also interested in resolving the Kosovo issue. Therefore, territorial division, as Beqaj has said, is not excluded from continuing dialogue.
