The Kosovo Appeals Court has enabled the Constitutional Court's decision in Pristina on April 5th, through which the complaints of 23 accused of dropping charges and rejecting evidence were rejected.
According to the indictment that the Special Prosecutor, who has received first degree approval, E.T., S.H.H., S.L., I.H., M.L., D.G., B.D., W.B., A.B., Y.B., G.A., J.Z., M.L., M.H.A., U.I.I., D.J.E., N.R.R.R.R., R.R., F., S.T., S.T., M., M., M., M.A., M., and various criminal work, B.D.
Among them are persons charged with abuse of office or official authority, the escape of a person deprived of freedom, relief of escape, illegal release of persons deprived of freedom, participation in organised criminal groups, etc.
The Kosovo Court of Appeals estimates that the First Century Court has acted correctly when it rejected the defendant's request for impeachment of the indictment as unfounded, based on Article 249 par.3 of the Republic of Kosovo Criminal Procedure Code, since none of the initial circumstances in Article 250.1, 1.2, and 1.4 of this code are presented.
