PDK's NISMA crash

This is about the fact that Trade and Industry Minister Bajram Hasani complained that Kosovo Customs is not complying with his decisions.

The Ministry of Trade and Industry has made several decisions for protection against import. Finance Minister Bedri Hamza, who said Dogana does not follow any decision by any ministry, was key at this point, but only government decisions and laws in power.

This has upset Trade and Industry Minister Bajram Hasani, under whom there is nothing illegal in his decisions, because there are two laws allowing him to make those decisions.

“We have two laws that are, the anti-damping law which requires co-operation to make a decision, of course when we say decisions, the decisions are competent to take responsibility and that decision has legal grounds. The anti-tamping law that requires reports with other states requires information to come to such a decision, which is a safeguard measure. Defence measures, the minister means after the department's analysis, investigations have been conducted, all procedures have come to an end that the country's production is being damaged. We have information as well as we can make decisions, we are not going against any state”, Hasani stressed.

And we've had in the past every time a similar situation has come, as I understand none of the ministries except that they can't give Dogan duty without the government's decision. This is not that we are denying each one's right to reach the Government's decisions stemming from a minister, but it is good not to have to prepare these decisions back into category”, Haradinaj said.

However, Minister Hasani once again clarified that he takes responsibility for those decisions until he asked that it be approved only for two decisions -- the one for milk and trees and vegetables.
