Days before the concert, environmentalists had come up against lighting fireworks, seeking clarifications from institutions that, despite contaminated air, are granting permission to launch the pyrotechnic tools.
The Pristina municipality has said it is not up to it to decide on the pyrotechnic means, and the organiser had led him to the Ministry of Internal Affairs. And this minister seems to have no communication at all with the Ministry of Environment and Spatial Planning that has come out openly, saying it is against the pyrotechnic means.
