Mytaher Haskuka accused of violating the horizontal signal tender

He claims the mayor had committed several criminal acts since it was imposed on the Public Procurement Law and the OSHP decision, in case of the procurement activity for horizontal signaling, HATT II.

According to him, the chairman had illegally allowed, without contract and without tender procedures to start the signal work, where the value of the work amounts to 350 thousand euros, writes today “Koha Ditore”. However, these claims have rejected Haskuka, stressing that he had not made any decisions in this subject and that the job of signalling the horizontal has continued under an existing contract from past governance.

On the other hand, Haskuka claims that no decision has been made on this issue and that it has been an existential contract, under which signalling work has continued.

The KD in December last year had reported that the procurement activity for horizontal note on Prizren's roads was largely cancelled by the OSHP. This body in the decision, on this issue, stressed that Prizren's municipality could restore this procurement activity if it has interest.
