The head of the MZHE said there is close co-operation with management and miners and has discussed with them the problems and possibilities of improving their conditions.
“Minators who have really given away a lot of the country, work in difficult conditions and we can't keep going on, because under those delayed conditions can't be continued, so I came here to communicate the news that we expect to have an early retirement, at the age of 55, and with some additional benefits that we are in negotiating over”, Luca said.
Minister Luka Luka said that next week he will be training at the Trepca and Artana management and miners meeting to discuss their situation jointly.
“I don't want to leave room for discrimination, that's the miners' conditions in Stantrg will also have miners in Artan”, he said. For his part, Artana Mine Director Hysen Vrajolli said they have informed .inister Luka of the difficult working conditions even of their performance. He said they had a continuing lack of budget, as they received the promise that this would be done real.
