For the LDK, Kosovo's citizenship has received final solution during the Vienna process, has taken shape with the Declaration of Independence and has taken international legitimacy with the opinion of the International Court of Justice”, said Avdullah Hoti, chief of the LDK Parliamentary Group.
According to Hoti, President Thaci does not have constitutional competencies and political legitimacy to lead the dialogue.
He said that for the LDK, red lines in dialogue with Serbia are: the territorial integrity of Kosovo, the unitary character of the state and the respect of the spirit of the Constitution of the Republic of Kosovo in the agreement that is reached.
The final result of the dialogue according to the LDK should be the complete normalisation of relations between the two states, which is achieved only with mutual recognition.
