New Kosovo-Serbia border ready but not opened

The new border checkpoint between Kosovo and Serbia in the village of Kapi in Kamenica is ready, but has not yet been opened. Municipal officials in Kamnica are blaming the Serbian side, while representatives of the central institutions say Brussels decides on the funskionliaism of this point.
The presence of the Kosovo police at this border point with Serbia is unnecessary.

Here at the border crossing in Kapi, which connects the Kamenica municipality with the Medvedja one, it's all ready for this point to function.

And Kamenica Deputy Chairman Faton Jakupi says all the obligations he has had in the municipality have been carried out.

Guilty according to Kamenica's second for the delay is the Serb side.
