The presence of the Kosovo police at this border point with Serbia is unnecessary.
Here at the border crossing in Kapi, which connects the Kamenica municipality with the Medvedja one, it's all ready for this point to function.
And Kamenica Deputy Chairman Faton Jakupi says all the obligations he has had in the municipality have been carried out.
Guilty according to Kamenica's second for the delay is the Serb side.
I don't have any exact answers, but the Serbian side is not insult, for opening this border point. We ask that pressure be given to Serbs in Brussels why this border point is not open
According to Jakupi, the release to function at this point facilitates the circulation of its inhabitants.
On the other hand, Deputy Minister of Internal Affairs Izmi Zeka says that Brussels will decide for the opening of this point.
But the issue remains to Brussels when it will decide when to open this point. The other reason is maybe postponing Kosovo dialogue Serbia has kept that point from opening, even though the two sides are ready
The agreement on opening this border point was reached in 2015 in Brussels between the Kosovo and the Serbian sides.
