After the end of the meeting, the topics discussed there were declared chief parliaments Kadri Wessel.
He said that as a delegation they have made clear to Mogher that Kosovo is unique in dialogue.
Wessel even said President Hashim Thaci is a unifying figure and will represent Kosovo at meetings with Serbian President Aleksandar Vuciq, with EU mediation.
At the meeting with Moghrin we showed our commitment that we are unique in dialogue as an independent and sovereign state and expect recognition of the state by the Republic of Serbia. We want peace of perspective for the new generations, as independent and sovereign states. The president remained at the meeting, which will continue with Vucinqi after our commitment. The President is the unifying figure that will represent us. The next time you see us, with the opposition”, declared Wessel.
In his speech, however, Wessel indicated that at the first few moments of his encounter, he had been lied to by Mogher.
This, since neither Kosovo is unique to dialogue issues, nor is the president a unifying figure.
Opposition parties LDK, Vetevendosje and the PSD consistently object to the president's representing Kosovo in the final phase of the dialogue.
According to them, Thaci has brought Kosovo harmful agreements enough.
As opposition, they fear the compromises the president could make in this final phase of dialogue.
They were even alarmed by the president's statement, which weeks earlier had declared that there will be no red lines with Serbia at this stage of dialogue.
Kosovo leaders went to Brussels without a platform and without internal consensus, as despite numerous tables no results were achieved.
During today's statement, Veseli reported among other things that a positive recommendation for the Kosovo visa issue will be given at 11:30 today.. /Periscopi
