A Kosovar has been arrested by Albania's Police at the Border Cross in Durres. According to Albanian authorities, Kosovar, with initials -- A.S., 25-year-old -- was caught inflict with forged identity cards. Kosovar has been sent to the hold, while the same will be followed according to nine 189 and 190 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Albania. [...]
