Due to the failure of this Monday session has become the absence of the case prosecutor, Abdurrahim Islam.
Apart from the prosecutor, two of the accused, Ilaz Syla and Mustaf Haliti, reports Koha Ditore.
The chairman of the court, Becir Kaluldra, said in front of the audience that the prosecutor publicly announced the absence. All of this, with the reasoning that he is assigned to another session in Mitrovica and that “if he was to be done there in time, he could also attend the session in Pristina, but this did not happen”.
Kalundra has said that to accused Ilaz Syla will be issued the ordinance for forced behaviour, as he said he has not justified the absence at Monday's session.
The next session is scheduled to be held on September 3, 2018, starting at 1300.
