According to one recent study, the best food for breakfast is oatmeal.

This study included 36 men and women, who were divided into three different groups, the first group consumed oatmeal for breakfast, the second group grain, and the third group were told not to consume breakfast and drink only water.

Both the first and second groups consumed 350 calories in total. During the next three hours, all participants were asked to report several times the level of satisfying, and blood samples were also taken to monitor their blood sugar levels.

After that, all participants in the study consumed the same lunch, broadcast the Kosovo Clan.

As expected, scientists confirmed that the group that consumed oatmeal was less hungry during the morning and afternoon and consumed 31% less calories at lunchtime.

In addition, oatmeal consumption had an effect on overweight people who consumed 50% less calories at lunchtime.

The group that consumed cereals for breakfast felt hungry three hours after breakfast. The same hunger was shown to those who consumed only water.

Why is it that the first group and the second group have consumed the same amount of calories for breakfast?

This is because oatmeal stays longer in your stomach, while cereals (high - level sugar) cause glucose levels to drop rapidly and unexpectedly.

This study is just one of many studies that confirms the importance of consuming oatmeal if you want to lose weight.

But why choose oatmeal?

Its oats and by - products have tremendous health benefits.
