The strike began last week with an oral deal between the Government and the strikers, except for the miners of “Treps”, which they put on paper. Though skeptical of fulfilling the government's promises, they say they have no other door to which to trust. But, in the event of their failure to fulfill as warned, they have warned that strikes and protests will be returned as “arms to carry out their demands”.
The miners' strike of “Trepa”, launched on July 9th, is suspended on Friday afternoon, with an agreement between the Ministry of Economic Development and the Workers' Union of the Company.
This strike was preceded by a protest in which it was required that in the statute of “Trepca”, which weeks earlier by the Government was forwarded to the Assembly, include the assets of the company that were left out as well as the regulation of social affairs of workers.
