In a lawsuit filed at the State Court in New York, Noel Sintron claims that “Trump”, the collective name for more than 500 companies and business organisations owned by the American president, did not pay a total of 3,300 hours off schedule for six years.
Noel Sintron claims that for more than a quarter of a century, he worked for Trump, and that 50 to 55 hours a week. He remained part of the closest Trump staff even when security services cared for him as White House chief.
In 2010 his monthly salary increased from $68,000 to $75,000, but his health - insurance contributions were later abolished. Sintron says that according to circumstances Trump has saved $17,866 a year.
The sum of unpaid money is $178,000, since Sintron worked for $54 an hour, reports Newshub.
“Otherwise, this indictment is just one of a number of those already submitted to the New York State Court in Manhattan earlier, which are directed against Trump and his companies.
