Pristina's Constitutional Court has not yet handed it over to them, despite what defence lawyers have requested several times. Unless he has given them an indictment, the court has not yet set the date for the start of this trial.
On the other hand, defence lawyers have told “Cohe Ditore” that they have accepted all the subject papers since the indictment was filed. But this last one, the prosecution told them to look for him in court after he was handed over.

A minister, a former deputy minister, deputies of former PDK deputies, Kosovo Assembly Council advisers, as well as other officials, are charged at the “Proto” vicinity.
