Nutritionist Rick Hay finds out how to refresh your body with food and juice. It recommends taking vitamin B as it reduces the stress that results in increased perspiration and reduces consumption of alcohol and caffeine.

“Vitamine B regulates hormones and controls stress levels, often when we perspire, we are nervous because of sweat. Then our body temperature grows and we become concerned and stress sensitive. All this leads to added perspiration”, he said.

Magnese is also a <x0-second fighter against excessive perspiration, since if there is no magnesium and calcium, then nerves lose control of the opening and closing of the ports through which sweat comes out.
