Cotzias: Parliament Has Majority in Macedonia Deal Vote

There is a majority of MPs for voting the agreement, according to what they have declared themselves, says Greece's Foreign Affairs Minister Nikos Kotzias in interview for Greek radio “Sto Kokino”, refusing to comment on the positions of government partner Panos Kammenos. “I have no intention of commenting on Cammenos, it's none of my business. I have no intention of commenting on Cammenos, it's none of my business. The deal is good, national sovereignty is not violated for the agreement to be voted under 180 deputies in the Assembly. Cammenos has knowledge of these works and is making political elections”, Greek diplomacy chief Nikos Kotzias said.
As reported by AIM, Kotzias talking about resolving the name issue between Macedonia and Greece, said the agreement has not been reached due to Macedonia's membership in the EU and NATO, but that it is national interest also in Greece.
“We solved the problem because we consider it to be national interest, regardless of whether the EU and NATO exist, we choose the problems that keep us in “roberi” in history, to enable us together to see the future. We have two options. What are our options? Do we want friends or enemies in the north? Second: We consider that the problems we have with neighbours in the north are bigger than geopolitical and geopolitical problems with Turkey? Do we solve issues with Turkey and concentrate our forces towards Skopje or solve problems with Skopje so that we can concentrate our forces on the issue that a century called the “birth issue”?
