Court Speaker Judge Valbona Musliu-Selimaj said the court has no evidence that accused Haskaj and his defender, lawyer Visar Vehapi, have accepted the invitations fairly.
Otherwise, according to the prosecution, Haskaj, working as a geodine at the Directorate for Cadastre, has made the physical division of a cadastral section in 18 parts, using the authorisation of Miroslav Pepovic, even though he had died earlier. In this move Haskaj, it is claimed to have benefited over 315,000 dinars back then, who had not given money to the deceased's children, but had stopped them for themselves.
Only prosecutor Duline Hamiti and the representative of the injured Edward Gashi participated in Thursday's session. Neither did witness Mustaf Hasasni, who had announced the court not found in Kosovo, participate in the session.
Next session is scheduled on September 5, 2018, 09:00.

By selling these parcels, according to the indictment, Haskaj had benefited over 315,000 dinars back then, which he had not given to the children of the late Miroslav, but stopped for himself. / Justice Trust
