All you need to know about breast cancer

breast cancer is a cancer that begins in breast tissue. It's a disease that affects almost “automatically” women, but in some cases men. Statistics show that the spread of breast cancer is 1 in 8 females, but it can also be shown to men with lower rates [...]
Some of the early symptoms of this disease are:
The Increase in Infatuation
You can feel some changes at the breast level and in this case the nipples, which become more sensitive than normal.
Feel a hump or a gland
If you feel a gland or even a blow next to your armpit, do not panic, but recognize that it is the alarm kamba that should not be underestimated; instead, look for immediate control in a specialist.
Skin like an orange shell
It may be that the skin of the breast or of the nipples looks swollen, red, or orange. But it is also possible that shapes and sizes can also change, for example, the nipples may enter. Once again, you should go to a doctor as soon as possible.
Inflated breasts
You have no pain, but it proves that the chest has grown and puffed up, and even that breath is not general, but in a certain area. In any case, it is again a symptom that should not be taken for granted.
The Gulf
The breast tends to shrink until it almost completely disappears, while its place is occupied by a fatty tissue, which makes the touch of the area where it was easier because it is soft and homogenous. This is a problem that comes mainly after menopause.
Created
Caught out of you, and the desire to remove this discomfort is difficult to control, and that happens in either breast or breast together. It is a concern that can be a symptom of two species of breast cancer - rabbinic carcinoma and lobulous carcinoma.
Self-examination can take place in 5 steps
Step 1: Start by looking at the chest in the mirror holding its shoulders straight and their hands in the middle. Here's what you need to see carefully:
- If both breasts have their normal size, shape, and color.
- If you see pits, wrinkles, or skin swells.
- A puff that has changed position or entered.
Step 2: Now raise your hands up and look for the same changes.
Step 3: While you are in a mirror, you squeeze each of them with charms, and see if there is any leak of them (which may be yellow milk or blood).
Step 4: Then, by stretching out, you gently touch your chest using your left hand for your right breast and then your right hand for your left breast. Touch all the breasts, you can start by breathing in circles ever larger, or you can move your fingers vertically in rows. Start at first with a very soft touch and then exercise a little more pressure to feel the deepest tissue.
Step 5: Finally touch your chest while you're sitting. Many women find it easier to feel their breasts while their skin is wet, so you can take these steps while showering.
If you identify one of the changes mentioned above during this self - examination, you should be quick to approach a medical expert.
At the Royal Medical Hospital, breast cancer is treated by physician specialist from the Republic of Macedonia Prof. Dr. Zoran Spirovski.
