Association must be in accordance with Kosovo Constitution

Kosovo Prime Minister Ramush Haradinaj has not given any sure date when the draft Serb majority municipalities' status will be carried out, but said the association will be in line with Kosovo's laws and Constitution.

He made these comments at a media conference after the Kosovo Government's meeting, questioned by the media whether the deadline given by the European Union will be met and whether on August 4th the Serbian municipal association draft will be carried out.

August “It's the last date. The draft is the process, the first result will be proposed on August 4th, but the process continues and when presented by the managerial team that has done so, then the government and all others have their remarks and advice, but in the end we must be sure that this should be in accordance with the laws and Constitution of Kosovo”, Haradinaj has said.
